Hope ya' all are not bored with this. Got My hoses made locally and got them this A.M.. Each reel has a hose inside itself plus whatever you put on the reels. Also need hose to take air into the meter, then calibrated air down to the hose reel. Not to mention a line that supplies water to that reel. Not a big deal.
The problem was fitting the reels back in the housing. Fought that way too long... in and out, in and out.

""Islander tip if you restore one: You have to run the reel up the worm gear one full turn before putting the reels back in, or you will drive yourself crazy as to why they won't fit without hitting the stop.""

A couple pics along the way.

Car show tomorrow. Will wrap this up on Sunday

Sitting' at a car show in the shade! You are right about the hard work Dave. Had those reels in and out a minimum of ten times yesterday. Now I know how to do it.

The final bits of work are fighting me. Thought I would show the restored tags. One on the head the other on the islander itself. I always try to restore tags.

Tell us about restoring the tags! I'm always scared to try for fear of ruining what I do have!
