Before I go further , I wish to say that T_Ways Graphics and Jim Treadway did the art work for the Gilmore - ( RED LION ) Gilmore roof sign . If it was not for his efforts , I never would have ever had a "Historically Correct " sign . See, the font is called "Gilmore " and he was able to get permission and allow me to use it on this project ! Yes, I insisted on accuracy and , yes , I got it . Jim offers gasoline pump decals through his company and he does some really nice work .

I'm still doing "Test- fitment work to see the buildings and the base coordinate with one another . Pretty much, it's now locked down . The final step will be doing pavement work on the streets and making electrical connections so as to be able to illuminate the premises .

In addition, Dick Bennett added the Light Yellow background and Gimore then edited the final work for the roof sign .

So far, this probably has been my most challenging diorama to date . It's on account of the amount of Glass in this build . Some may think that the Fish Inn and the Zeppelin were challenging, they were . This job ran me through the wringer on several occasions . The next stage of the Denver and Florence tri corners will be a Stucco Richfield station ................

I always wondered how they were able to cool down those glass sided stations pre AC other than with fans, and now I know! What's the guy doing on the inside of the station?

Very nice!
