not really sure ,but they came out in 1955 or 1956 in the state of Florida , 5 pumps were made as "test pumps" to see if they were liked or how well they worked from what i read.rock

I used to buy Sunoco 260 for my race car from a blender pump late 1960s, early 1970s in the St. Louis, MO area. One time I drove the car, with header pipes open, off the track and down the dual highway to the local Sunoco to buy $1 of gas to race the rest of the evening. Good times!

jim, last night i saw a guy with a ranger pick up at the local gas station get 5 bucks of reguler gas & got 1.2 gallons.he aint going to the track
