A buddy sold one still sealed in it's shipping box a few years ago. Drew the highest price ever for one.

be careful there was reproductions made some years ago and pretty well made, could you post a picture of the back of your policeman ? usually there is a a coca cola button and a bottle or the fishtail sign with this phrase "thank you resume speed". Is your "low school zone" sign on the policeman is painted with reflective paint ?

Yes the sign with the policeman is reflective paint and the white around the button on the back is also reflective paint, NO decals, all screened on paint,, it's the real deal, original base too,the correct one with the two holes in it for a dolly to wheel it out to the curb,, this isn't my first rodeo on sign buying.. been at it for 25 years,,

As I recall the repop is also a different size isn't it?

I've see the repop bases, really ***** castings.

Just to give a little info...I know the guy in Atlanta that had the "repro" policemen made....did 1000 of them, they are exactly the same size as the original...NOT reflective paint on front...and the CC fishtail or dot that people later put on them is vinyl....unless some individual actually screened a few for himself. @Wes....gorgeous piece man, nice score!

Fabulous sign. You don't get any better than that and Gary Metz has forgotten more about coke than most of us know. You can't ever go wrong buying from him.

Nucky, the coke cop repops are pretty obvious. Wes , thats a beauty. I saw it turned around in his room and checked it out. He had a sold sign on it but I had to look anyway.

Hi Wes, I didn't want to offend you with the reproduction but some times ago I nearly got ripped as someone offered me to buy a reproduction one and he told me it was an original

yours is in fantastic condition, a great buy
