What is the recommended torque value for the 3/8ths in. nuts on the threaded rods, on a Wayne Cut 615 that holds the glass cylinder intact?

I only recommend finger tightening... Old glass is very brittle. Any uneven pressure may result in breakage. Make sure you have some type of gasket material above and below the cylinder. Ron
