Awhile back I received this spinner from a friend.since I knew the face was a repo,and wasn't sure about the rest of the clock,I was going to make a custom spinner out of it.(yes it's an original spinner) Well today I was taking it apart,and when I removed the fake face ,I found this! Now,it's going back to be an original spinner!!
Looking for gas,oil related clocks,especially neon and spinners .clock repair available. Mick

That's awesome, Mick. Looks like the Kendall sign is in great shape! Can't imagine covering that up with a Mopar decal!!!!!!

WOW! Thats a stroke of luck. Good for you. Looks like the Mopar image came off without too much trouble. Was it a vinyl sticker? Did you heat it up? I'll look forward to seeing it restored.

Great discovery. That decal protected it for awhile too. I love finding things painted over.

It was a metal plate,bolted over the original logo! Even better!

The Kendall station in town had that clock. You could see it through the big windows at night. I posted a pic of the station here years ago because it was about to be torn down. Cant find the pic. Thankfully, a guy I know bought,disassembled and saved the station Great score.
