Just traded for this... as I was told, it was actually found in the junkyard & was rescued. Some would say she's out of her prime... but I think her life is just beginning!

(my interest in it is easily spotted to the right smile )

Bryce , here is my beat up survivor ford I have , but the chevy is way cooler, I have always been a chevy guy my wife made me keep the ford because shes a mustang fan, But that chev sign has a lot of look and style going for it just like the chev. cars , I guess some things will never change LOL.

Yeah me too... Just as important to me is if the owner actually had the history or a story about it

I love the look of this. That is what I always go for but not many of my customers feel the same. The look is interesting.

Thanks. I'm not a fan of discussing personal finances, but my hobbies are self-supporting. Therefore,I decided long ago that the items with character were for me (I'm also a History teacher, so I like to think of them as living history). I harbor no envy towards fellow enthusiasts who can and do afford the primo pieces. As a matter of fact I'm pleased that they are able to discover and preserve those items and share them. As I tell my students, "It takes all kinds to make the world interesting."
