Hi guys
I got this pump a while ago from a mate of mine in Calif but once i got it home it was tooo good in its weathered condition to restore it... I then decided to make it a Shell version thanks to its red & yellow paintwork and added original Shell adglass, new windows and new vinyl sticker i got made up to allow then to be distressed.
I was quite happy with the end result & wanted to know what you guys thought.
cheers
Martin

Looks nice Martin! That's exactly what I would have done with it. Now it just needs a clam globe to complete the look. Darin

I do the very same thing with every pump I find in that condition. I like the look and so do many of my customers. Your pump looks great and can always be restored in the future.

I am really beginning to like cleaned up/unrestored pumps. Thats not to say I don't appreciate the workmanship that goes into a pump with a new shiny finish. Yours looks great as-is Martin.
