Great score! My first pump 19 years ago to restore was a TOK39 short as well. A good learning experience without being too difficult.

Too answer your question, if your are going to put it in the house I would gut the pump from bottom. You won't hurt value ,as most collecters do this. JM2C worth,others may tell you different.

Thanks. I found the FAQ on this page last night and read the same. That's what I was mainly worried about decreasing the value. Good to know that it won't. Should make it a little lighter!

Anyone know how much one weighs not gutted and how much gutted? I unloaded out of truck by myself somehow. It was heavy!!!


Looking for ANYTHING Hudson oil gas related!
