Hello all! Gonna start this month of early,cause I took a bunch of cool pics of stations I have seen.had a call up in Kenosha ,wi,that was giving me problems.wound up going there about four times( that's another story.)so,since I was there,I did some driving,and took some pics. Now,Kenosha is an older Wisconsin town,right on the shores of Lake Michigan .The area I was in,was an older part of town,and there is plenty to see,petro and non petro.But I'm gonna stick with the petro I saw.One thing about my area....although not a lot of small towns,there are several older sections of the large towns that have a lot of old stations in them. On the way there,I went through Bristol,WI. If you blink you won't even see it!Stopped in this place.   I talked to a guy behind the counter,he told me the place had been there since 1917 "They used to shoe horse's in the back room.theres a picture up on the wall." This was a big place in its day!  And a neat light.(like the sign too!)  Got some more I will post in a couple of days,inside the oldest pure station in highland park,il.lets see what you found this month. I'm pooped!

I asked about the pile of smaller 66 signs at the bulk plant but the owner had been watching too much tv, and was way off on the asking price. Still it's out there if you look hard.
