Hey all! Time again for " Found Along The Way",where we get to see pics of petro relics from days gone by. One thing that works out well for me,is I drive a lot! And that takes me all kinds of places.the other day I had a service call up in Kenosha,Wi.decided to go over to Sheriden Rd( which is what the cheeseheads call Lake Shore Drive) heres a couple nice porcelain stations i came across up there. Then came across a big Goodyear sign, still standing, and they still sell Goodyear tires there I got one more, but for some reason it's uploading upside down.when I get it figured out. So... Lets see what you all have found on your trips out and about.
Looking for gas,oil related clocks, especially neon and spinners .clock repair available. Mick

They recently changed over the BP station in town over to Phillips 66. They put a blue tarp over the pole sign in front, but when the lights are turned on you can still see the BP logo. So they screwed a smaller Phillips 66 sign to the face of the BP though the tarp. I didn't care for the BP logo before, but now with a blue tint to it, it is even worse. I guess the Phillips 66 addition makes it look better, but a little confusing.
BP and Phillips 66

Old station in Sargent Nebraska. Whoever owns it is in the process of restoring it. Looks like they put alot of work into the roof and canopy. Uploaded with ImageShack.us

Found most of these while working this weekend. The second picture is just down the road from a buddy's place(note his Mobil sign) The third picture was probably a general store, but this was down a road that time had forgot.
