I purchased a Wayne 515 visible that was totally disassemled. The three 1/2" steel rods that go from the base to the bottom cylinder plate were all badly bent and the threads ruined. I am trying to figure out how they spread out to match the holes in the base. Are the holes in the bottom cylinder base at a slight angle allowing you to use straight rods or do the rods have a bend in them?

I had one of these pumps years ago. The castings are angled so straight rods can be used. Can't say all are like that but mine was.
