I am looking to buy this ad glass trim for a bowser 585c that I just picked up this weekend. I only need one. Let me know what you might have.

Thanks

that piece doesnt belong to your pump... the glass should be held in place by the 4 metal fingers with a small notch on the ends. chris

There is a picture of the 585-C on page 102 of my Gas Pump ID book.

Or go to this page of my website: http://petrolianacollectibles.com/bowser%20525c-585c.htm

Bowser made several versions and the trim was available on some. Check out my web site under, pumps for sale, there is a Pure with the same trim. I'll see if there is an extra in the barn? Paul www.severngaspumps.com

I have a couple of 595's that just use the fingers to hold the glass without the trim. If you can't find the trim, I would think you could just mount it like the 595 and nobody would probably be the wiser. One of mine is missing a finger wire or two, but they are easy to make out of a piece of wire....GB
