Food canning lid sealer/opener. Will work for oil cans but must be modified & adjusted. Usually 13 turns of crank handle to seal 1 lid [good for building Bicep muscles!].

ALL the machines I have were manufactured for Food Can Sealing. Some had to be Modified [db-fied, not Stomped] to larger Diameter/taller size cans.
