There's one of these horses on each side but I like what's on the roof

Sorry I didn't get a pic of the whole station, was kinda busy there, and just didnt get one.enjoy, and lets see what you guys have found this month.thanks for lookin! Mick

The flying pegasus horses are awesome. I need a weather vein like that on my place! Good finds. Hopefully i can post some pics soon of where i live. There is tons of old fill stations that are neat to see along with some visible pumps outside.

Was that one-piece GULF globe buried once or just overly dirty?! Looks like it could have been excavated. Great photos for sure.

Ditto

That would be an awesome building to own and house a collection in. I would love to find a building/property like that.

Here's an old Sinclair station about 8 miles from where we live, there's a picture for sale on eBay of the station in it's heyday. Stopped and talked to the owner a few months back, and he told us the last guy to run the station raised his family in it, there is living quarters in the back of the station. Will probably go up for auction one day, would love to buy it and restore it.
Here's a Then and Now...You can still see where the Sinclair signs used to hang...

The Old Dutch Mill MFA gas station in Missouri on Route 50 at Hwy 19. Unique old building still in operation. Inside they also sell live bait and tackle.

Saw this truck today. Skillern was a real oil co. here in the area. I think its the truck the owners grandpa used during the companys existence.
