Ok thats it I am building a headache rack for my pickup!....Did you back the truck all the way up to the pole to start the initial lean?
I am always looking for anything Texaco or Oklahoma oil and gas company's, also I am a newbie at seeking globes.

yes we backed up to the sign then started cutting bolts. cut all the nuts off first then leaned the sign on the rack. then cut the two bolts opposite of the truck flush with the ground. pulled the truck up to where we had a gap so we could cut the other two bolts off flush. then we pulled up a little more and gravity helped out and it balanced it self on the rack. Backed up to the trailer and slid it off. My guys wanted to leave it on the rack and drive the 1.5 hour back to farm.
