Not sure if the G&B 89 will stay Shell, just put the globe on to see how it looks. Maybe if I find some original ad glass it will stay. It does look good beside the GB 70. They are just three years apart, 1934 and 1937. Cheers, Don.

When I found out it was for sale I had to have it. It is a somewhat wide pump but fairly narrow from the sides. The photos don't show it that well but the computer face area sticks out further than the door which sticks out further from the body. It was a bit of a problem moving it into the house by myself but being restored it does come apart a lot easier now than when it was first disassembled. Cheers, Don.

Not positive, but have always thought these were made for TIDEWATER.

This one was made in Toronto, with Made in Canada in raised letters as part of the upper edge of the base. I don't know if there were Tidewater stations here in Canada; none at least in western Canada that I am aware of. We did have Veedol products but they were distributed by other oil companies.

The pump is killer in there! So is that new sign. Did you pick that up recently?

Yes Graeme, I got all this stuff in the photos, except the G&B 70 and the globes, in the last couple of weeks. That is why I have to go back to work on Monday to make some more money. lol. Cheers, Don.
