Yesterday evening my wife comes home from work, she walks in the house and say's I stopped at a yard sale and got you a present, it is in the back of the Jeep. I hustle outside and there in the car it lays, a 1930's WOLF'S HEAD CURB SIGN. The sign is double sided red lettering just a great old sign.Later I found her on ebay looking for the sign on completed listings, she found one that sold for $950.00. Not a bad day for a $30.00 pick

Yes she is, I owe her big time, as the old saying goes A HAPPY WIFE IS A GOOD LIFE. Now she is trying to get me to sell the sign, I don't know about that one

Yep my family loves the hunt. My 7 year old son just loves it, when we go to sales he is always looking to make a good pick, and darn he has gotten me a couple good scores this summer, he was with mom one day and he picked me a 5 gallon 1952 Sunoco can, he was so proud "Dad look what I got you for $10.00..put it on ebay" No son I am putting it in the kitchen lol
