Just to play devils advocate a little, some of the blame for selling this stuff. Elongate on the buyers shoulders also... I'm not justifying what a dishonest seller does but as a buyer you owe it to yourself to know what your buying!!! If you are going to get into this hobby and spend your hard earned money you should do your homework and know what your buying. There are plenty of outlets for new buyers to educate themselves... Just my 2 cents...
