I have a chance to buy a 48" flying A sign. I have not seen it yet but it is one sided die cut type with the wings embossed. What is a fair price as I have had many signs but not this one? Also supposed to be in great shape,I appreciate any info.

I am told it has 2 small nicks, otherwise perfect.I have not seen it yet but think it's worth $1000-$1200 I want to be fair but don"t want to overpay. This is for re-sale only..

If you are paying $1000-1200, then you still have room to grow pricewise based on your description.

Picked this up today,my first flying. It has a few touch up spots and a couple of dime/nickle size dings.Color is bold and displays well, heavy porcelain. Any input on value and rarity is appreciated,I know they are not available often as I have been collecting 30+ years. Also the first time that I have tried to put pics on so please bear with me. Thanks

I heard porcelain signs weren't embossed like that....definitely someone else needs to chime in that knows more than I do.

I saw this sign sell recently for about $2200, and not as nice as yours.
