good morning: A fellow collector (buyer and seller) found this sign and is looking for some help on a value. It is a 6ft Frontier sign and, as I understand it, the back is as good as the front. He would appreciate some information on what price this might bring. I am trying ot get him to enroll onto Oldgas, so give me lots of info so I can show him how helpful you guys are.

if it is sitting down in the dirt as far as it looks....that is definately gonna cause major deteriation to the sign...and will affect the value alot.

til u can c the whole sign good I would reserve judgement on value.

That's defiantly a nice clean sign, I hope the bottom is not affected as Tooter pointed out.
One sold here local in that condition, in the price range that advertologist quoted.

This one will be interesting to watch because I've got one in what appears to be the same condition from a few feet away.AS it happens,my sign came up in a discussion today and I said,"I don't know, maybe $2,500 or $ 3,000".Those things don't come up very often in good condition so it is hard to tell what a local value would be.

I'm falling into the range Randy mentioned, but I might add that many of us will value something at what is worth to keep in our collection.Mine? I said it is not for sale because I'm not sure I could replace it in that condition, and if I could,I have no idea how long it would take or what it might cost.

You have to remember they made these in double and single sided porcelain which also effects the value. Mitch

Funny you should ask. The guy said it is 6ft single sided. I have asked him to confirm. He has sent more pics and will post them when I can. Am also waiting to see if he has a price in mind to sell. If he does, I will move this to the for sale section. Alex

Good moring: Here are some more pictures of the sign. I apologize for saying it was double sided. It is, in fact, single-sided, 6 ft and looks nice. He said there is a touch of rust on the edges and I think you can see it in the pictures. Thoughts on value now?
