Can someone help identify the type and vintage of this oil d1spensor? I just picked it up today for 80.00. Seems toi be early vintage and is spotless (no oil/residue/stain) inside. It is labeled as 60 gallons, as a wood insert in bottom under tank. Still has paper label inside of unit.

Nice old general store Kerosene Dispenser. I have had & seen several, but don't ever recall finding a manufactures name on one.

Does anyone have an idea of the age of the tank? The kerosene application is very interesting, as I originally assumed it was for oil.

Both pictures above are of the same container, look at the wrinkles in background.

From my knowledge of old containers I would say it dates from before 1900.

It is only one. The red paint is very faded-some views more than others. The inside is spotless-no stains or residue and the paper label is intact. Either this is unused or mightly clean fluid. Appreciate everyones comments and help identifying.
