Some really nice original stuff and the best part is:
"NO BUYERS PREMIUM"
If this auction house can do it that way, why can't the others?

I go to a lot of auctions in Pa. with no buyers premium. They charge a flat rate to sell or a percentage of total sales.

Seller probably agreed to a 20-25% commission so no BP. Either way the auction house makes their standard fee. Not all sellers like that route and want to split the auction house fees with the buyer.

Here in western Kentucky, no auction companies have Buyer's Preiemum. One in my area tried it years ago....People didn't go to his auctions, needless to say, he stopped the buyer's premium. Amazingly, attendence picked up after that!
