Not real sure what this is or does, but must be from the Wisc dept of weights and measures. has a slotted area at the lower right for a small plate to slide in. About 4 3/4 by 10 3/4 inches. Maybe this went on the pump ? or maybe the station building itself. New old stock with some scuffs to the paint. $12 postpaid, cash, check or money order. Thanks
