Sorry couldn't resist the post title, Picked up a neat Major 1 pound grease can. Did a google search for the "Great Eastern oil co." From St Louis but it didn't come up with much. and a search here yielded zip. Appears the logo is a drum major and shield.

Anyone know any history on this company? or collect it?
