New bar in town and you're gonna love it. My offer is this...If your an Old Gasser passing through Huskerland (Nebraska) and you are near Kearney and are in need of a refreshment, we'll go to the garage and the first round is on me. To make it more enticing, I'm willing to bet that inside you will see at least one piece that is in your collection. If you don't...I'll buy the second round too.

I got there Thursday at noon. Everyone was gone by then. Who was left to tell?

Ok seriously... I didn't think of it until last night.

Me & several others that were traveling West on I-80!
WE met.
Shoemakers Shell [use to be TEXACO] restaurant in Lincoln is EMPTY of gasoline petro items. When I stopped for gas on Monday even the waitress & cook were sitting at the counter waiting for customers to serve!

Well after finding that out, I am glad I've given you another place to stop along I-80. You'll just get a different kind of gas here.

Did you look across the street? All the gas stuff has been moved to the new Shoemakers across the street. Hard to miss from the parking lot of the old one!

I've seen that place in Kearney. Just never stopped to go inside. Next time I will!
