It's a Ljungmans Star 87 from 1957 that I have owned for years. I bought it sand blasted and primered and you may have seen it some years ago in a POTM.
Finished it off i Shell colors - the ACI is the normal additive Shell used in the early 60s (it was named differently in other countries).

Paint job was done outside in the sun with a "Volumair" spray gun that has a hot air "turbo" on top and creates no dust at all. I didn't even wear a mask.

CLAES! Great to see you posting and with such a cool pump resto too. Love those different euro tops on the 50's pumps.

Thanks everyone for the kind words! I am pleased myself :-) It takes a while between restorations so it is always satisfying when one has finished a pump.

The Swing arm or hose outlet is common on european pumps from the 50s onwards. It swings all around the pump and makes dispensing easier. On the down side, in Sweden the pumps stopped using globes in 1950...in Britain some pumps were available both with the arm and globe (i.e. Gilbarcos)

Thanks again!
Claes
