From what I've heard you have to be licensed to make signs of current companies or companies/logos/brands that are owned by any company/entity... Just because a company/brand is no longer in business doesnt mean they are not owned by someone.... So if you make a sign and are not licensed by the "said" company or owner (HD for example)...they can take you to the cleaners (IT IS ILLEGAL)...

There has been a whole slew of these fake fountain service signs bringing big money on ebay lately. You really have to watch....

Seller says someone else he got sign from said its org., so now you have to prove that he knew it isn't org. This guy has a way with words. So harley probably wouldn't take this to trial. And he is banking on that. And the truth is this is so wide spread they can't get them all.
