Remember what I thought was an April Fools joke a couple weeks ago, after emails back and forth for a week, it turned out it was a real deal ALMOST, she did find it was worth more than $300. I was the only one that offered her more than her asking price on the initial ad, and kept emailing, even though I had my doubts at times. her email was (laughingfirst), so that had me wondering too. It all came together this a.m. Even had to dig the RR sign out from 2'down.
