IF YOU PAID, THEN THE SELLER SHOULDN'T BREAK THE CONTRACT. IT'S HIS FAULT HE DIDN'T PROOFREAD THE AUCTION AND FORGOT TO LIST A "RESERVE" PRICE AND YOU JUST HAPPENED TO STUMBLE ON IT. KUDOS.

I sent a friendly question asking when it was relisted when he was in a legally binding contract...
This was his reply,
"it was a miss print $1,500 for one thing and it was not for all for anouther"
And I replied with this...
So the price is just for one sign? Not all of them? You might want to clarify that in the add, its plural in the description and has pictures of all of them.
Hopefully the previous buyer does not take legal action for terminating the contract.

Well ebay said we're all human and he made a mistake with his listing price ....what kind of *# makes a $1498.50 mistake on his price....so I guess the next time I buy something off ebay and I don't pay for the item...I can just say I'm human and I didn't want it anymore....lol

I have notice that a lot of people put an item on at a low starting price so they do not have a huge listing fee. I have noticed this on a lot of big dollar items but then the price usually sky rockets due to the bidding war. I am sure this sellers auction was on for several days and he should have noticed his so called typo.
