What you are looking for is better found at the petroleum shows. The season starts in a few weeks, Chicago, Evansville, Dayton, Columbus, etc. By the way, is your dad named Rocky?

Hi John,

I would recommend that you attend the "Ohio Gas 2001" petroleum show. There were 317 spaces sold at the show in 2000, and the numbers are climbing this year. The show is also held in conjunction with the "International Antique Advertising & Coin-Op Show". There are 500 indoor spaces between the two shows. The dates are May 4 from 4pm to 7pm and May 5 from 8am to 3pm. The website is www.oldgas.com/ohiogas/

There are several other fine shows throughout the country, you can find more info on the events section of this website.

Good Luck!

Steve

I have a Texaco 3-piece glass globe, Sky Chief, it is approximately 16 inches across, the opening where the globe would attach to the mount on the pump is about 5 inches across and the entire globe is in good condition. The word "Hullo" appears on the bottom of each faceplate and where the word is on one of them there is a very small chip. Otherwise, no cracks and for its age it is in good condition. I know little else about it as to year it was made. Only reason for selling is to use money for street rod project.

Please correct word on bottom of face plate to "Hull" not "Hullo". Also have Texaco pump sign dated 1964 - not a copy.
