I have 2 from a set of 4 Standard Oil collector plates. Back of dish explains these were made in 1984 by Amoco. Very nice, neat wallhangers.

$35 shipped obo

Those aren't collector plates. They were given to station operators if they passed certain cleanliness and service standards. There were four different plates issued, and the station operator got one for each round of inspections. These used to bring $75 each if you could even find them.
