I found a website that shows one like it,that said it was from a 1941 Chevy Deluxe. If it is from that vehicle in the background that isn't a Chevy Deluxe. That is a different location for a spot light on that other pickup. I had one that was through the top of the cab. It always leaked when it rained & it was head knocker as well.

This tractor was a sub unit from our leasing company that wasn't suited for the trailer it was pulling because with the frame so long & the gearing so high that between the driveline wrap & the frame flexing you wondered if one of the front wheels was coming off the ground before you got it moving when loaded.
