This is a MINT Lowe Brothers Paint sign, this sign is in killer condition with nice graphics and bright colors. Both sides are in equally great condition with only one BB size chip (can be seen in photo), I don’t think you will find a nicer one!! Please let me know if you need any additional photos. I can deliver to Hershey if needed.

That is the best condition of any I have seen.
If anyone is wondering, the "H.S." in the flag stands for "High Standard"

I think 1930s too, but I don't have facts on the company to back that up.
