A quick flip to page 67 of my Gas Pump Identification book will tell you that I valued the pump somewhere between $400 & $450. Not necessarly a desired pump, but it does make a nice restoration.

Having the book in hand will make sure you don't get taken.

Jack Not necessarily a desired pump? This is a great pump for the guys with street cars. Ranks up there with a Tokheim 39. True it's not rare high dollar pump but a real nice pump to have.

Looking for anything from Hoosier Pete, Platolene 500 and Red Bird.

The differences in our opinions is because of the differences in our ages. Back in the late 80s when I had two buildings filled with gas pumps (over 200) there were so many 39s and 300, 700s & 900s that to me they were just common pumps, not desirable. As I stated above, they make a nice restoration, but....
When it comes to desired pumps, you are talking about Wayne 40s, 50s, 60s and some 70s; Toks 34, 36, 36B; and others from that era. These are the pumps people desire to have in their collection.
Everyone has to start somewhere, even my first restoration was a 300.

Jack, I agree the 30s computer pumps are my favorite. But my favorite shert pump would be a 900 series Bennett.

I think the key here is "all the parts are there". Missing parts will drive the cost of restoration up real quick. Although repro parts are available, for this pump I think those repro parts are over priced. $400-450 or less would be a decent buy- if it is really "all there and straight".
