D.B. I think your really on to something that I might just have to pursue on one of my next builds. That really sounds like something that would be interesting and unique! Honestly, Myself? I'd rather look at the moving parts that make the whole unit work than just a shinny steel cabinet that covers it all up. I think if a guy could combine the two he might just start a whole new fad! That thing is looking awesome

Hung the doors last night to adjust the hinges and check everything for clearance before installing the other side panel. Have a little body work left to do on the doors before they're ready for paint and still waiting on some parts. Should be done very soon! I'll post full pics. once all the decals and trim are on and the doors are hung.

WELL,I GOT A OFFER ON THE TOKE WHEN I SOLD THE PHILLIPS 66 & THE SINCLAIR SIGN,THEY WERE TELLING ME THAT THERE NEXT BUY WAS A PUMP,SO OF COURSE EVERYTHING IS FOR SALE, AND THEY MADE A OFFER I COULD NOT PASS ON,THE ONLY THING IS THAT THE WIFE WAS STUCK ON "GILMORE" THE BLU-GREEN GLOBE,SAME DECALS FOR PUMP,AND WANTS THE WHOLE PUMP RED? "WOMEN" ANYWAYS WHATEVER,ITS WHAT IM DOING, THEY COULD HAVE WANTED A SESAME STREET PUMP WITH BIG BIRD ON IT AND I WOULD HAVE DONE IT! SO,HERE I WAS GOING INTO WAYYYYYYYYY TO MUCH DETAIL ON THE V.R HAD IT BROKE DOWN ,AND THE CUSTOMERS WIFE SAYS SHE DOSE NOT CARE ABOUT THE FACT THAT IT WAS BEING CLEAN,JUST GET IT TOGETHER ASAP,AND THAT THEY ARE SHOWING THERE PACKARD & T-BIRD IN APR. AT A UP COMING SHOW, AND NEED THE PUMP FOR THE CAR SHOW! THEY CUT ME A CHECK IN FULL ,PLUS THE CHECK FOR ALL THE PARTS THAT I WAS LACKING,GLOBE,SIGHT GLASS,AD GLASS,DECALS,PAINT, AND MUCH MORE, AND SAID GET IT DONE! "WELL HELL YEA I WAS THINKING" I GOT SOME GREAT HANDS ON EXP, W/ THIS TOKE,AND HAVE DOCUMENTED STEP BY STEP THE WHOLE PROCESS WITH MY DIGITAL/ I WILL POST WHEN FINISHED,IM SPRAYING THIS WEEKEND HOPEFULLY! THIS TOKE ALSO FUNDED MY TWO NEW PUMPS ,IM PICKING THEM UP THIS MONTH ,I PAID FOR THEM I JUST GOTTA GO GET EM' SOUTHWEST #45 W/AD GLASS AND A HAYES VISIBLE ROUND BODY! I'LL GET SOME PICS UP SOON!
