So I fit all this stuff together before I painted it, but that was 6 months ago and I'm having a hard time remembering the best way to fit the doors onto the rest of the pump? It looks like the top of the door goes in first under the lip of the top? I kind of boogered up my paint up there though trying to do that on my back door. Gotta touch that up now I guess. Anyone have any suggestions?

Very carefully with new paint. Start at the top under the lip and work your way down fitting the side tabs in one by one. It helps to have 2 people.

Keep your foot under the bottom of the door and guide up easy that keeps it straight and supported. it also gives you the hand hand we all need.

All the aforementioned is good advice. I would only add that before you start, use the blue painter's tape to tape the areas on the base and sides where there is the potential for scraping. It offers a degree of protection and will peel off easily without damaging the paint. I do this on ALL pump restorations when fitting panels. Good luck.

I do the same with the blue tape, works great.

When I re-assembled my 36B, I put a washer under the top cast iron plate at all four corners when I bolted it on, that would keep the top raised up just enough that when I put the front and rear doors on, the doors went up high enough so you would not scrape the base as you slide the bottom into place. Much easier to install this way. Just run some tape across the top of edge of the doors till they are in place. Hope this make sense to ya.
