What is a fare price for me to purchase a Fry 117 (10 gal) gas pump needing restoration. There is no cylinder, conduit or cylinder top. The base is also badly rusted and needing replaced (probably too bad to fix). All other parts are there but needing restoration. What would be the most I should pay for this pump?
Thanks.

If it is that bad a few hundred bucks!! sounds like it would be a good candidate for a parts pump.

If that's the one from craigslist you're talking about, I would ask for more pictures...it's in pretty bad shape. I would say $400 tops.

Don't even know if I would mess with it unless you had another pump to combine with it. Otherwise you'll spend a ton of time looking for the parts you need and parts piecemeal will always cost you more than if you got most everything together.
