Which Standard Oil, there were so many. Standard of Cal. Standard Oil of New Jersey, and N.Y. Standard Oil of Indiana and Standard Oil Kentucky and other affiliates. Most of there pumps were all red.

Standard used red, white and blue on some pumps. Check out the Rapidayton on my web site home page. It was done Pure Firebird but the colors might work for you as well? At least , you can see how they look together? Good Luck, Paul www.severngaspumps.com

I hope I aint soundin like a pump kop but Red was the predominent color used on most Standard Oil comapny pumps . Meanwhile if ya decide to do Amoco , Dick Bennett now has the art-work to do Amoco Premium and American Regular .

It really depends on what brand you are doing. you just said Standard oil Co. Lots of Affiliates, most of the pumps were red.
