It is lithographed tin. Not as rare as you may think, they do turn up. I've seen at shows between $60. and 100. That one is real clean, minor scratches, so 100. is about right.
Looking for photos, etc from 60s era Shell-A-Rama gas station and Pal's Diner, Rt. 17 Mahwah, NJ & US or state highway signs, shields, route markers

It is a tin Tip Tray around 4-5" diameter, they used to sell for around 150-175. But we all know things change drastically.

This was a spinner game Jenney gave out yeary ago,I don't know how the game is played, but in the center of the tin there is a dimple sticking out the back, when the tin is placed on a flat hard serface, you could spinn it. the 4 different cars and products on the edge Aero, Jenny Oil, Hy Power, and Valvoline is what you would land on. Again I don't know how it is played. I was told this by a Gentelman who worked for jenney for years. You guys are right on with prices.

If you spin it on a smooth surface like a glass table top it will spin for an amazingly long time, or at least mine does.

It doesn't look like a very exciting game, but it's a very nice piece!

Thanks Dave, I always thought they were tip trays, I guess I should've read one of them.
