I bought this skin along with about 50 others two years ago from a collection out of Alaska. He had it in storage for over 25 years and past away. Got them from his daughter in which I know. It is not marked, and I have checked the back and front for marking or Porcelain aging. Was there Ford signs that we not marked such as this. I am going to send it to auction I believe and want to be able to say what age or what with it.

Not a porcelain and or neon expert but just came back from the mecum Orlando show and every nice Ford sign I saw and wanted all had manufacturer name and or dates. Not to say there couldn't be one without a date/name but don't know.

Yes they made these signs unmarked, appears to be a 6'.........they also made a repo 4' that is marked .......please let me know when you put in an auction........

I am trying to decide whether to place all the Ford neons that I have in the May 1 auction in Wisconsin by Mathews auction.

Don't think I have ever seen one with that many mounting holes to the can around the outside edge...mm

Here is the same size sign that was in Aumman auctions a while back. Font is quite different.
Wanted early tin litho signage.
