It is the valve assembly that comes out of what I thought was just the Dayton's but I saw the exact setup on a Wayne visible also so it must have been a fairly common setup. It has the regular gate valve but underneath it has a connected assembly that attaches to a rod/lever that I beleive goes down to the drain back valve inside the pump.

Because they sell on ebay in the $125+ range, some guys are reluctant to sell in case they will need one someday.
