Had to knock out the rivets out of the hinges, since there is a dual lock that needs to be opened with a key...but I may misunderstand the question...is it the black "thing" on top you refere too? br Claes

If it moves a little that's usually a sign that there is a set screw in it. The paint may be hidding the screw. I've never had one so I cann't help you out. Richard

The BLACK disc on top is attached to the rack, has nothing to do with door lock. You'll have to take to locksmith or punch out the lock.

If You manage to do it as I described (by taking the "rivets" out of the hinges) You may be able to save the lock and have a locksmith make a new key. Here are pictures (not very good...) first is the lock, showing how the doors close on opposite sides of the lock, second is a picture of the "rivets" that actually are the hinges of the doors. My pump may be mfg in Britain, but I assume yours would be the same?
