I really agree with "Old Iron."
Those of us who have owned more that one pump don't bother to say the name of the company. We just tell each other the story of our: 36B, 39, 60, 80 and anyone who has been in this hobby knows what we are talking about.
If you are a newbie, ask us what we are talking about, and if you ask us at the bar in the hotel at Columbus/Iowa Gas, we will talk your ear off telling you about all the pumps we own or used to own.
The best way to learn about this hobby is over a beer.
See you all at Columbia, MO on January 16th.

Don't learn how to pronounce it just learn how to hide from your wives and drain the ole bank account to Zero. My brother worked for Gilbarco and when he answered the phone "Gilbarco Veeder Root How may I help you" I would say Wayne kicks butt and Gilbarco sucks just to ***** him off.
