Hello, I'm new to the forum,Terry Baldwin from Nashville Tn. I hope somebody can help me, I know nothing about gas pumps.I work doing restoration on cars and motorcycle's so all I know about this pump is what my boss told me.The numbers he told me is its a 1927 Tokheim 650-B. I can't seem to find anything about a 650-B.Is there a 650-B??? I'll post some photos monday. Can someone help me with some paint codes for sinclair green? My boss said he has a 1927 sinclair globe so he wants to do it as a sinclair pump. I'll post some photos on monday. The pump is in good shape, the glass cylinder was broke out but everything else is OK.Sorry for the long post...Thanks...TB

I have 650 parts and literature if you need anything. I'm not aware of a "B".

Welcome to oldgas. If you would like to take a pic and post it, I am sure someone here can help. There is a tutorial at the top of this General Petro page or email it to anybody here and they can post.
Thanks, Phil _________________________________________________ Looking for any old pumps, or nice 5 gallon cans.

Here is the page for all the Tokheim literatue I have, click on the 650 to see a number of color pictures of the pump. If it isn't a 650, thy the 620B, it might be that. My Gas Pump Identification book (which makes it easy to identify pumps) is available at: www.petrocollect.comJack Sim
Author, 1st & 2nd editions of Gas Pump ID book, 3rd edition is now available at www.gaspumpbible.comAir Meter ID book also available

Thanks for the help,Jack I think your right,it look's like it is a 620 pump. From looking at the pictures on your page it's not a 650...it look's just like the picture of the 620 pump.If we make it a Sinclair pump,Was the body panel's panted white and the base and the top green? Is there any paint codes that you can go by? Thanks again...TB

TB, no matter what "wrapper" you put on it, it will look great. Match your paint to a sign and/or globe that you are going to use. Too often a paint code won't match the color of the sign and/or globe and then its too late to change without a lot of hassle. Easier to just take the items you are going to use to the paint store and have them matched. Please share photos, we all like photos.
