Anyone ever hear of the Phillips pump&tank co
of Cincinnati Ohio, I came across a hand crank pump with this name, but can't fimd any info.

As far as I know Phillips never made a gas pump. The mostly made oil dispensing equipment. One catalog I have for them also features equipment that appears to be the same as American's oil dispensing equipment. Because their equipment is so generic, I did not show any of in my new gas pump identification book. If you are intested in any literatue on your find, either send me the model number or a picture of the unit. jhsim@swbell.net
