Does anyone have the 1940's Hamilton Beach triple spindle malt/milkshake maker in green for sale?

Would need to be in good shape and ready to go in a kitchen.

Thanks
Mark

Thanks Mick I see singles a lot more often than the triple.

Had a triple offered to me several years ago and I turned down.

My mom just passed away and I am in the tedious process of clearing out her 70 year estate.

We have a very nice Hamilton Beach 3-Spindle DM40 Mint-Green Mixer. All three spindles work. It has the 3 aluminum cups and they are in great condition.

I am a licensed paramedic and registered nurse, so from a healthcare safety perspective, I would highly recommend replacing the electrical cord, even though it is still intact and functional. Cloth cords are at risk of exposure to moisture, by the very nature of the mixer's function.

The enamel has a few very small dings, on the edges, but the appearance overall is very nice!

This is my first post, so I am not sure what to do from this point forward. You are welcome to write for additional info and photos. The mixer is in Placer County, CA.

I was thinking of this post as I saw one in a yard sale. Condition was terrible and the price seemed high. Glad you finally found one.

the majority I see actually sell are in the 300-400 range.

25% of my cost for mine was shipping.

I've seen people trying to sell single spindle models for $300.

if anyone ever find one cheap enough-rough or not working, tell me about it as someday I may need parts.

I think paid less than $25, for my single, so I must have gotten a great deal.

They are great little items and work really well. I know mine is always a topic of conversation as friends and family always want to take it home.

Yes Bob you got a good deal on the single. There was one on CL a few years ago. Lady selling her aunts stuff. Posts it first, researches it second. I email ready to buy for $30 asking price.
She emails back, no way and changes her asking price to $100.

Thats the smart way to do things right?

I worked at a country club for 25 years that had,and still has 6 of those operating today.Singles, doubles and triples.
They are behind the bars and used daily to make the mixed drinks.I started there in '78 & used them then too.
I went over to see who's still around from the crew I knew, and no one is there that I recall at all today. While talking to the new regime,I did see ALL the mixers still behind the bars in the same spots. They have always been dependable while I was there and look to be still being used daily, and in todays world, add a nice nod to the past at that country club.

Keep them moving at least weekly/monthly I guess.
We only had issues with one that we didn't ue as frequently as the others.

Hi, does anyone know a source for a single motor with spindle for a Hamilton Beach DM40? I have one of these triple head mixers but one of the motors is missing. Thanks!
