I bought this at a garage sale today. what vintage is it 1970's? and is there any value to it? It doesn't light up right now not sure if it's the bulb or ballast yet have not tinkered with it.It's 2 sided looks like it hung in the window or something.

Got Socony???

LOOKS TO BE THE TYPICAL 12" X 36-48" TIRE SHOP WINDOW SIGN. I HAVE SEVERAL THAT ARE D/S AND 36" LONG. THEY STILL MAKE AND USE THEM TODAY. YOURS DEF LOOKS 70'S. ANY DATES ON THE BALLAST OR MFGR LABEL IF THERE IS ONE?

I like it. I like it alot. Sorry I have no value idea but it definitely is a keeper. It would look real nice hanging from my shop ceiling and I would be your friend for life. Hard to put a price on friendship so let me know when we can be friends.
