Fri. & Sat., September 18th & 19th in Santa Rosa, CA (about an hr. N. of San Francisco). Set up is Friday morning. If you need more info call Fred @ (707)-291-1666. Lodi corner will be freshly mowed, PNW, SoCal, NoCal will be well represented. There are direct flights to tha Sonoma Co. airport (about 5 minutes from Fred's) from some western cities on Horizon Airlines. Be there or be talked about. P.S. Frank Jones has never missed one of our bashes, if you need a "referral", ask him!!

Looks like it means that 41Again is really a girl and she will be securely hidden in an armchair in the Lodi Corner Library and wondering "what else is there?" all the while listening very carefully. Thanks to dictionary.com for helping to unravel the mystery. –verb (used with object), -sconced, -sconc⋅ing. 1. to settle securely or snugly: I found her in the library, ensconced in an armchair. 2. to cover or shelter; hide securely: He ensconced himself in the closet in order to eavesdrop.

Somebody took a gringing wheel and roughed up the porcelain and then painted over it. It used to be in front of the Baptist church in Glen Flora, WI. It displayed the service times, etc. It's 3' X 5'4". How about a nice belt buckle for you gun guys ?

strnge I need to hear the story behind the 357. Just listed the bash on Craigs list for SF and Sac under events and for sale. Check it out. Just talked to Tom Stover and all is in good shape. A little rain to clean things up and a clear warmer forecast. Can't wait.

Bad news no free burgers and dogs. I got a phone call from Fred and the food vendor would not come if someone else was cooking for the group. So I promised we would not cook for the general public or many vendor friends. SORRY and don't let the smoke from our grill get to you. We will not be bringing very many burgers or dogs so please understand. The food vendor is offering tri-tip and many other barbque items.

If you are driving via highway 12 between I-5 and 160 (Rio Vista) it will be closed 7 am to 4 pm until Sept 17 2009. So coming from the south take an alternate route. This effects me and anyone coming up the 99 from Lodi south. Ted

Mike, thanks very much for adding the photos!! Hope you're feeling better. Also, on a very sad note, Fred's better half Joyce has been diagnosed with lung cancer (stage 4). I know some prayers & thoughts would be much appreciated.

I know some prayers & thoughts would be much appreciated. oh my god! she was so, so kind to me at the show ... me, just some 16-year-old-looking idiot with a bunch of highway signs, a penchant for tall tales, and absolutely no knowledge of oil and gas collectibles! She'll definitely be in my thoughts......
