Mike, I went to Walmart and bought one of their "kitchen" steel garbage cans. It has the "foot pedal" to raise the lid and came with a plastic liner. It had a small dent in it, so I picked it up for less than $20. It works for me, might work for you.

Thanks for the link OHIO OIL. I will look into it. Anyone have/seen any old ones, so I can USE them and still have the look of the yesterdays?
